As Crownul develops, environmental performance will be considered alongside safety, accessibility, reliability, passenger capacity and affordability when future vehicle choices are made.

Electronic booking, dispatch, communication, invoicing and record-keeping help us reduce unnecessary printing and paper consumption. We also encourage responsible use of office resources and recycling where suitable facilities are available.

For education, SEND, vulnerable passenger and local authority transport, environmental considerations form part of our planning where appropriate. They will never take priority over safeguarding, accessibility, passenger welfare, individual support requirements, punctuality or safe service delivery.

We review our environmental practices periodically and consider reasonable opportunities to improve vehicle efficiency, journey planning, resource use and future fleet choices as our business and available technologies develop.
