1. Overview of App-Based Model
Crownul Ltd may offer transportation services via a mobile and web application ("the App"), integrated with licensed booking and dispatch software provided by platforms such as iCabbi, subject to final approval by Transport for London (TfL). This model will allow customers to make and manage bookings directly through the app interface.

2. App Terms of Use for Customers
By using the Crownul App, users agree to the company’s general Terms and Conditions and the following additional terms:
- Bookings made via the app are confirmed and recorded in accordance with TfL licensing regulations.
- All drivers and vehicles allocated through the app are TfL licensed.
- Passengers will receive booking confirmations, fare details, and dispatch information in real time.
- Secure data management and privacy protocols are enforced to comply with GDPR and TfL requirements.

3. Technical Compliance with TfL
Crownul Ltd confirms:
- The Crownul App will be compliant with the Private Hire Vehicles (London) Act 1998.
- Booking data, driver and vehicle records, and user interactions will be logged and stored securely within the UK.
- A full Technical Demonstration of the system will be arranged with TfL as part of the pre-licensing inspection.
- Backend booking and dispatch services are planned to be powered by iCabbi’s UK-hosted infrastructure.
- The system allows for audit trails, secure login, remote booking access, customer support, and complaints management—all meeting TfL’s expectations for licensed private hire operators.

This policy document supplements Crownul Ltd’s full Terms and Conditions, available at https://crownul.com/terms-and-conditions It is intended for submission to TfL and public publication as part of Crownul’s operator licensing documentation.
