Safety Policy - CROWNUL LTD


Crownul Ltd is committed to providing a safe, secure, and reliable service to all customers and drivers. We ensure that our safety standards align with Transport for London (TfL) guidelines and industry best practices.


Complaints Procedure


Crownul Ltd is committed to addressing any concerns quickly and fairly. Passengers can report complaints via phone (+44 20 8080 3730), email (info@crownul.com), or through our mobile app. All complaints are logged, investigated by our Customer Support Team within 24–48 hours, and resolved with feedback provided to the passenger. Any complaints regarding safety or regulatory issues are escalated to TfL in line with their requirements.


Lost Property


If an item is left behind in one of our vehicles, the driver must report it immediately. Our office logs the item, stores it securely for 14 days, and arranges return to the passenger upon request. Unclaimed items after this period are disposed of responsibly or donated, in accordance with our Lost Property Policy.


Use of TfL‑Licensed Vehicles and Drivers


All bookings are fulfilled exclusively using Transport for London (TfL)-licensed drivers and vehicles. We maintain weekly updates via the TfL Operator Portal to ensure all active drivers and vehicles are current and licensed.


It is our priority to ensure our customers receive a safe transfer each and every time. By undertaking monthly safety checks, you can be sure that the vehicle which will be undertaking your transfer is safe and in working condition.


Making sure you reach your destination in comfort and style is our main goal. This is why one of our policies is to have a car fleet no older than 5 years. One other policy is to undertake weekly safety checks of the car and periodical car service checks to ensure all our vehicles are running smoothly.


Our drivers are trained to operate having in mind the customer’s safety first of all, even if this means taking a few minutes longer on the journey.
