Lost Items and Complaints

CROWNUL LTD – Lost Property & Complaints

At Crownul Ltd, we’re committed to providing safe and reliable private hire services. If you’ve encountered an issue or lost something during your journey, we’re here to assist you with our complaints handling process.


👥 For Passengers


• If you’ve left an item in a vehicle, please report it using the form on our Contact Us page or the contact details below.


• Include booking details (date, time, location, and vehicle info) to help us quickly process your lost property report.


• We aim to respond to all lost item reports within 48 hours.


• For complaints, please provide clear details so we can thoroughly review and respond.


🚘 For Drivers


• Any found items must be reported and returned to the office within 24 hours.


• Drivers are expected to cooperate with all complaint investigations and lost property reports.


• Professional conduct is essential in all passenger interactions.


🏢 For Staff & Contractors


• All reports of lost items or complaints must be logged and followed up per Crownul Ltd services procedures.


• Ensure timely communication between the operations team and any affected passengers or drivers.


• Records are retained for at least 12 months, in line with TfL regulations.


📝 Complaint Handling


• All complaints are handled confidentially and investigated by our support team within 24–48 hours.


• Safety-related complaints may be escalated to Transport for London.
