• Any found items must be reported and returned to the office within 24 hours.
• Drivers are expected to cooperate with all complaint investigations and lost property reports.
• Professional conduct is essential in all passenger interactions.
🏢 For Staff & Contractors
• All reports of lost items or complaints must be logged and followed up per Crownul Ltd services procedures.
• Ensure timely communication between the operations team and any affected passengers or drivers.
• Records are retained for at least 12 months, in line with TfL regulations.
📝 Complaint Handling
• All complaints are handled confidentially and investigated by our support team within 24–48 hours.
• Safety-related complaints may be escalated to Transport for London.
